Selecting a Measure

By selecting the "Select Measure" dropdown in the dashboard you can select the graduation rate you wish to view.

  1. 6 Year Graduation Rate = The percentage of the official GRS cohort graduating with a bachelors degree within 6 years. An example would be the Fall 2010 cohort graduating before Fall 2016.
  2. 5 Year Graduation Rate = The percentage of the official GRS cohort graduating with a bachelors degree within 5 years. An example would be the Fall 2011 cohort graduating before Fall 2016.
  3. 4 Year Graduation Rate = The percentage of the official GRS cohort graduating with a bachelors degree within 4 years. An example would be the Fall 2012 cohort graduating before Fall 2016.

College, Department, & Program

Enrollment is based on distinct counts of students per term. This means that double (or more) majors are only counted once and their college, department, & program are based on the students primary program (1st major).

EKU's 22 county service region (Bell, Knox, Owsley, Boyle, Laurel, Perry, Casey, Lee, Powell, Clay, Leslie, Pulaski, Estill, Lincoln, Rockcastle, Garrard, McCreary, Wayne, Harlan, Madison, Whitley, Jackson). More information can be got here http://regionalstewardship.eku.edu/. This is determined by the state and county of origin of the student. CPE defines this as: County, State, Territory, or Foreign Country of Origin - County, state, territory, or country of legal residence at time of first admission to the institution.
